Quick feedback on SlapFive: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Whenever we've hit an edge case, SlapFive's team has actually understood the customer marketing context, not just the ticket. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
