Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive's support team has been fast and genuinely helpful every time we've needed something. Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
