Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Our most engaged SlapFive advocates are consistently our best-retained accounts. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
