Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Every support request has come back with a real answer, not a canned response. Advocates keep telling us the badges and leaderboard are a big part of why they stay engaged. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
