Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. Our reference bench has grown several times over since we started using SlapFive. Would love to see more filtering options on the advocate dashboard, but overall this has been a great addition to our stack.
