Quick feedback on SlapFive: Leadership signed off on expanding the program the first time they saw the SlapFive numbers. Whenever we've hit an edge case, SlapFive's team has actually understood the customer marketing context, not just the ticket. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
