Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. Nobody on our team or our customer side needed training to get started with SlapFive. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
