Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. Getting set up took days, not months, which wasn't what I expected going in. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
