Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. The automated prompts mean I'm not chasing people over email anymore — it just runs. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
