Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
