Quick feedback on SlapFive: Our exec team finally sees advocacy as a real growth lever instead of a nice-to-have. Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
