Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Whenever we've hit an edge case, SlapFive's team has actually understood the customer marketing context, not just the ticket. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
