Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Deals move faster now that reps can find a relevant reference themselves in minutes. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
