Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
