Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — Advocates keep telling us the badges and leaderboard are a big part of why they stay engaged. We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
