Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — The correlation between SlapFive activity and renewal outcomes has been consistent for us. The automated prompts mean I'm not chasing people over email anymore — it just runs. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
