Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
