Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. Advocates keep telling us the badges and leaderboard are a big part of why they stay engaged. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
