Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — Nobody on our team or our customer side needed training to get started with SlapFive. Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
