Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive's support team has been fast and genuinely helpful every time we've needed something. SlapFive turned advocacy from a soft metric into something we can put a real number on. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
