Quick feedback on SlapFive: Our reference bench has grown several times over since we started using SlapFive. Every reference call we run through SlapFive has a clear line back to a deal, so the ROI case makes itself. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
