Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. Would love to see more filtering options on the advocate dashboard, but overall this has been a great addition to our stack.
