Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — We've gone from a handful of exhausted go-to references to a much wider, sustainable rotation. I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
