Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. What used to be a spreadsheet nightmare is now something SlapFive just handles for us. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
