Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Leadership signed off on expanding the program the first time they saw the SlapFive numbers. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
