Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
