Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Every reference call we run through SlapFive has a clear line back to a deal, so the ROI case makes itself. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
