Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. What used to be a spreadsheet nightmare is now something SlapFive just handles for us. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
