Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. SlapFive turned advocacy from a soft metric into something we can put a real number on. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
