Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. SlapFive's frequency caps mean nobody feels over-asked, so the program actually holds up over time. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
