Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — SlapFive cut what used to be weeks of manual coordination down to a few days. We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
