Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Our board is full of fresh stories now instead of the same three logos on repeat. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
