Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. The automated prompts mean I'm not chasing people over email anymore — it just runs. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
