Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Having stories organized by use case means reps can hand a prospect exactly the right proof point. SlapFive's frequency caps mean nobody feels over-asked, so the program actually holds up over time. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
