Quick feedback on SlapFive: Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
