Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive's support team has been fast and genuinely helpful every time we've needed something. The peer network that's grown out of this has become almost as valuable as the stories themselves. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
