Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Leadership signed off on expanding the program the first time they saw the SlapFive numbers. I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Really like how lightweight the mobile prompt feels compared to other tools we've tried.
