Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. We've been able to tie SlapFive activity directly to closed pipeline, which made the budget conversation easy. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
