Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Would love to see more filtering options on the advocate dashboard, but overall this has been a great addition to our stack.
