Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
