Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
